By booking a service from FreshNest Fabric Care, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are kept simple and transparent so you always know what to expect.

1. Service Nature

FreshNest offers on-site deep cleaning for sofas, mattresses, chairs, and recliners. All work is performed by trained and verified technicians using eco-safe materials.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are accepted via direct phone or WhatsApp communication. Time slots are confirmed based on technician availability. We do not offer online form booking or automated scheduling.

3. Payments

Payments are accepted after service is complete — via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. No advance or prepayment is required. For bulk/commercial jobs, partial deposits may be requested with prior notice.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled slot. Same-day cancellations after dispatch may incur a visit fee of ₹100–₹200.

5. Service Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our work, we offer a free re-cleaning within 48 hours. Refunds are processed only if re-cleaning isn’t feasible. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

You must ensure safe access to furniture and electrical outlets. Fragile items should be removed from nearby areas. Children and pets must be kept clear of the workspace during cleaning.

7. Liability Limits

We are not responsible for pre-existing fabric damage, water-sensitive materials not disclosed in advance, or stains that are beyond removal. Liability is limited to the paid service amount only.

8. Policy Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published here on this page.
