Our cleaning reduces dust, odor, and visible stains. However, we do not guarantee complete allergen or pathogen removal. If you have specific medical needs (allergies/asthma), please consult a specialist before booking.
We clean a wide range of fabrics, but certain delicate or antique materials may not be eligible for foam or chemical cleaning. We will inform you before service begins if a surface is unsuitable.
While we use professional stain-lifting solutions, some stains (e.g. ink, oil, paint) may be permanent. We do not promise full removal of age-old or deep-absorbed stains.
All products used are eco-safe and tested. However, if you or your household has known allergies to any substance, please inform our technician in advance.
Our service fee covers cleaning only. We do not offer furniture warranty, replacement, or structural repair. We are not responsible for damage due to prior wear and tear or hidden mold/insect infestation.
Any disputes or legal concerns will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India. We aim to resolve complaints amicably and transparently before escalation.
